I'm a 72 year old Senior Citizen (retired contractor) and if you do business with this company beware of the bait and switch, I have never been treated so disrespectfully as this company has treated me, I ordered the 1950's French Factory Shelving (2 orders) and My invoice said and showed 3 brackets, the Catalog shows 3 brackets (as well as me calling to confirm it included 3 brackets) yet I'm sent 2 brackets each, what a rip off. if you are trying to get help or information don't bother customer service or in store employees they don't listen and can't be bothered to help you.
DO NOT order bathroom faucets from here!! If any part of the faucet breaks you may never be able to get it fixed...we have been trying, for FOUR WEEKS, to get a piece to fix our broken shower.
After 2 months of waiting, I finally got my new Restoration Hardware bed! First, they managed to deliver it to OH instead of TX. Two weeks later they call and tell me they have the headboard/footboard, but can't deliver it because they were missing the side rails. Yesterday, they came with side rails but had lost my headboard/footboard. They overnighted a headboard/footboard and I finally have a bed.
