Would agree with the sentiments below on poor customer service. My wife and I have visited the Corte Madre store three times now trying to purchase a sectional couch. Each time we've been unable to get someone to help us sort through the fabric options and associated costs. The couch is not an insubstantial amount of money, yet none of the service people that stop by asking if we need help are able to help us, or find someone else that is able to. Talk about poor service in store and through order. First ordered additional rings for drapes. Took their ring in to store to get same size. The same color No longer available. Ok. No problem. Ordered different color. Ordered drapes. Two panels and bed quilt. Drapes arrived in two separate boxes. Same shipment. One was a panel the other a bulletin board. Quilt arrived. Rings too. Beautiful store, wonderful design elements, TERRIBLE STAFF! I will take my business elsewhere unfortunately. A big let down, I was ready to spend thousands & just left.
Palo alto store customer service is such disappointment. Zero knowledge of product. How could you guys survive in this market. Just curious?!
It is a disgrace that RH publishes a paper catalog that is an inch thick and weighs almost 3 lbs. That is too much paper wasted for something that will be thrown in the trash, as most catalogs are. Even if the cover says "paper from responsible sources" that's too many trees sacrificed.

Has anyone had a problem with espresso wood finish discoloration? I called Restoration Hardware and they will do nothing about it. The different drawers on my expensive bath vanity have changed color/faded and it looks bad!! PLEASE HELP!
