Thanks for the $2000 table with lead in it. Will never do business with this company again. $200 tables are lead free. I hope you go bankrupt over this.
We bought The Coffee Registry Dual Pour Over Coffee Funnel set and it looks very nice. However, it doesn't work very well due to the design of the funnel. Because the opening is so large at the bottom of the funnel, coffee splatters all over the base and countertop as it is dripping through the filter. As well, the standard No. 2 filters don't fit very well and tend to burst at the bottom, again due to the large opening. Well, I'd love to give more stars here because I love the vibe and look of RH. I placed my order over the phone to make sure it was correct. I hung up and received my email confirmation and found additional items that I didn't order. I called back and received good customer service. Two weeks ago I learned all of my items had arrived and were ready for delivery, but had to wait for inspection first and that they were only delivering to my area once a week and so it might be ...Continue Reading
there concept stores are nice, and years ago I worked for them. I think the product is nice.but, to things bother me. I think they have lost some of that pop and flair. they are missing color, and color creates emotion. they have great designs but the colors are bland it needs pop. and the prices are higher than need be. I want to be able to afford to buy my furniture and it now cost as much as my house when I'm done. Great service and very excited about the product.
WORST customer service! Waited for over three months for patio furniture that was ordered in early June and will not receive it until October. Even worse, we were give NO UPDATES on the process and had to call multiple time to find out the status of the order. Each time the call center staff was abrupt and acted as if we were inconveniencing them. We had planned to order furniture for our entire basement and will now be looking to other sources for furniture.
Always nice stuff, and we have gotten furniture from them, and the delivery is worth the price for that as it really is turn-key. Everything winds up in the room, assembled, packing material removed, etc. Saying this, on smaller things their shipping is ludicrous. I wanted to order 4 drawer pulls. Each at the outrageous price of $20.00. They wanted $21.00 in shipping. This is UPS ground.... On 1.5lbs. Insane, and worthy of knocking two stars off.
