RecommendedLeather is exquisite! Quality is lifetime! I would never have a couch or chair from anywhere else! I don’t know what these other comments are complaining about because RH has an impeccable reputation and beautiful pieces for every room in the house!

Beautiful furniture, bad quality. We bought 3 items, had to exchange two of them and one is still faulty (doors of a cabinet not closing properly, not leveled). Now they're gonna send someone to "fix" this (that's what they tried with the previous one until they decided to initiate the exchange process. We bought this furniture in June and haven't been able to use it and fill it till today... Disappointing at least to say.
So very disappointed in the quality of this furniture. The furniture does not match the price tag. I’ve had to return/exchange almost every piece of furniture I bought 2-4 times, and I am still not satisfied. The website descriptions are false advertising as well, claiming certain pieces to be crafted of solid hardwood when in fact it’s mdf. Customer service is excellent and the only reason I gave two stars rather than one.
RH, the "Cloud" sectional couch is made where? Does it have hand-tied springs? And finally, what is the composition of the cushions?
I love shopping from here, but this past Sunday the Customer Service was not that great. We went to purchase curtains but there was no sales person to be found. When I finally found one she was kind of bothered that I asked for help. I told her that it didn't necessarily have to be her since she was helping someone but atleast to call another associate. She said okay but still looked bothered. I guess you have to Look like a Million bucks to get some help. �
