What a fantastic service from Restoration Hardware. Our sofa broke and they replaced it. Excellent customer service, I can highly recommend them. Thank you again.
This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been given multiple dates for delivery of my items but all have come and gone. They were accurate in charging me for all the items but inaccurate as to their arrival. According to RH, they cannot track shipments which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. What company ships items and cannot determine where they are in the delivery process? I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
You should be ashamed by the quality of service you provide. In the last few months, I have spent a substantial amount of money at Restoration Hardware and every thing from the quality of the item to delivery to customer service has been completely miserable. It is no surprise that your financial performance has been on the decline. Instead of gimmicks like the Black Card, which I regretfully bought, you should concentrate to providing acceptable service to your existing customers.

I am very impressed with RH's customer service. I bought one of their diffusers and apparently it was damaged because the oil leaked into my table, ruining the varnish. I contacted Customer Service and explained my situation and they offered to pay for the repair if I sent them an estimate. I did, and 1 week later I received a check for the repair. My table now looks beautiful again. Thanks RH for responding quickly to my complaint. I have been a loyal customer and I will continue to be.

Restoration Hardware wants $1,199.00 to ship a floor lamp to Anchorage, Alaska! What a rip off people... Yet you'll ship from California to New York for $70. Your company is missing out on A LOT of business. You guys could learn a thing or two from Amazon.
I ordered the Garment-Dyed Linen Floral bedding and after getting sheets, skirt, shams, blankets and lumbar find the duvet cover is unavailable. It would be nice if the website noted stuff like this so you didn't have 3/4 a bed set and half to start over. I'm a little sore having spent the money and now have to start over!
