I furnished my whole home from this store. One year later, most of it has cracked beyond repair and looks awful. Now I know why they sell a repair kit which, incidentally, does nothing to mask cracks of this size. Design is poor, the doors open into each other on cupboards and drawers are fitted so badly, they mark the wood whenever they are opened. I couldn't be more disappointed. The delivery times for things to reach me initially were unacceptable and the furniture has proved to be not worth the wait.

We went into their outlet store in North Carolina. The entire store, from floor to ceiling and all the furniture that was for sale consisted of the following colors, Black, gray, white, cream, silver, and a boring Driftwood color! It was the most boring store I have ever been in ! It was like I was in a black-and-white movie. Would never have a house that boring!

The new membership program rolled out this week is a scam. Last week a lamp I was interested in buying was $267. This week, the lamp had two prices, over $600 (for a lamp that was probably made for $50) for regular customers and $267 for RH members who pay $100 annually for the privilege of purchasing at what was their normal prices. Customer service was excellent. I have ordered 5 different pieces and all have been incredible quality. Mostly I am giving this review because, a rug I recently purchased was going to be delayed on delivery for several months. As a courtesy they then sent me a $2500 gift card for the inconvenience.

I ordered an entertainment center over a month ago. When it finally arrives, the movers forgot the pieces to assemble it together. They said they would put it together, not screw it in, and I would have to call RH and order the pieces myself. When the hardware arrives, I would need to call back and schedule an appointment to have it fixed. They then proceeded to scratch up my wood floors and the entire unit is scratched and chipped.
