Wonderful furniture, awful customer service. It was very friendly and kind on purchase date, now it is a nightmare to get hold of certain people and to get things resolved. Very unhappy. Feeling disrespected.
Beautiful store! We drove in from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The staff was so helpful! We picked out my first Grand babies bed, dresser and bedding! Beautiful! It's being shipped right to my daughters house. The catalog was also great to have as a sample of the beds in the store! The experience was wonderful! Tina Kaufman
Bought an outdoor table from Restoration 2 years ago. It has not been holding up well at all. Last night I realized it is literally coming apart. I called customer service. They could have not been any nicer! I was told to send pictures. I did and 30 minutes later I received a call. I was told the table was defective and they would order a new one! It is now $400 cheaper so I actually have a credit now to put towards more furniture! Way to go Guys!!! I love the way you stand behind your customers!!!!!! Well done!
Furniture delivery guys accidentally dropped the sofa bed out of our sofa, and damaged our front door frame. Troy Hagendorf (manager) helped us out and took care of it in the most professional way possible. Thanks RH!
I got a postal notice that I had a package.. Special trip to post office... It was your ridiculous 30 pound catalogue! Disgusted!
