I have had a case open with Renogy since May 2023. Sent my battery into Renogy as they needed to verify it was faulty. Customer service through email on 7/24 verify it was it was defective. They offered a refund or replacement. I ask for refund. Was told they would send out a refund. Heard nothing back. Emailed July 31st asking for an update. Same reply “I will send a request for the refund and just to give you a heads up we only process refunds on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and once the refund is processed you will s... read more

The customer service for Canada does not really exist. You cannot actually talk to anyone of message in real time. Each question or enquiry takes 24 hours for them to respond to. I order a 200 watt solar panel, controller and various cables 2 weeks ago and still have not received any information about when can expect my order to be shipped. This in spite of their website stating Canadian orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Purchased the Renogy Lycan 5000 Solar Generator 11/10/2022, started using the unit 03/2023. The unit has worked for since two days ago and stopped charging, when using AC input for charging. Contacted Renogy Tech support three days ago and just as another person on this very long complaint list (Tanya S), has stated Renogy sends one email a day, particulary right as they are closing. All my Lycan 5000 needs is a 20A Input Circuit breaker, part number: 2.16.0037 20A 2P AC Input/Output Circuit Breaker. The 20A circuit breaker ... read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. Purchased thousands of dollars of products with advertised points to use for discounts on future purchases. Had over $100 in discounts, but to use those discounts you need to spend $1000, after already spending thousands. Customer service of absolutely no help, taking weeks to reply between emails. Disgusting company

On Monday the 10th of july i ordered a 30 amp onboard dc to dc charger with mttp for a upgrade promotion i pay a dollar more and got the screen for the charger. On Tuesday 11th i order a lithium 100ah battery. It says order now and again for a buck you can get fancy screen. so i did. when monday order said shipped it gave me 2 tracking numbers but one did not work. the other said NULL when order number 2 said shipped it gave me 3 tracking numbers. only one worked. the other 2 did were also NULL. Solar Suitcase 220 Watt. Waited over 3 months for delivery, being promised 3 times we would get one of the next batches in. In the end we took a refund because we couldn’t get an honest answer as to when we would get our panel. We wasted 3 months and still had nothing to show for it but time wasted dealing with customer service, who are in the end clueless as to whether you will get your order full filled. Renogy has worst customer service. Brand new battery doesnt work. They paly the delay game witha one question email every few days. Call ur bank and dispute charge. Do not buy from them

Twice in the last year we ended up with the wrong product. The first time they simply ignored all attempts to contact them to arrange a return. The second time they sent a copy and paste style email telling us to just keep trying the product because they are sure we will learn to like it. But it is the wrong product. When you spend thousands of dollars with a company the customer service should be much better (or exist at all).
