Renogy is a fraudulent company! Sold a ton of items at a discount and then lied about manpower issues. They cancelled hundreds of hundreds of customer orders! ********************** is selling items to gain customer information and then cancels your orders! Do not buy from!!! You wont receive your products and the customer service is even worse experience! Stay away from this horrible shady business!!!!
Renogy ran a Black Friday special they could not support on ***** I placed an order and paid for it then a few days later they cancelled it along with hundreds of other customers. They played with my money for over a week and then blamed me for canceling the order. Shame on you Renogy. Above all Honesty is the most important thing in a business relationship!

On October 30, 2023 I wrote to these jokes asking for a package/bundle price on solar items, almost $2,000 in expenses and all they could offer was $99 off and their prices were higher than Amazon. I purchased the 300w solar panel kit with adventure charge controller and all mounting and wiring needed. I installed as instructed to find the controller overheating within 5 minutes on line. Called customer service and troubleshoot the controller. The controller is bad and did not work straight out to box. I asked them to replace the controller and the customer service lady said she would and send me a email confirming shipping. A week later now with no email or replace controller.
Bought a solar kit that did NOT detail that the battery temperature sensor and branch connectors were included so I ordered them separately. When the kit arrived and I saw that those items were duplicated I requested a refund on those items. Renogy immediately responded that they would credit my card. We are now into the second month of back and forth emails to get them to complete the credit. No phone number to call for ******** customers, just email. Sold me the wrong item, but then charged me a 30% restocking fee to return it. I purchased a package with the correct charge controller, a BT module, and the Renogy One command center. They Shipped everything except the charge controller! Impossible company to deal with!
I made a large purchase and the shipment was split into 2. One portion arrived perfectly fine. The second was damaged beyond delivery, so I had to contact Renogy. First, their customer service system is very slow and it takes around 48 hours to get a response. Second, they made me check with the shipping company even though it is clearly shown with the tracking the package was damaged. I've had a horrible experience with Renogy, their ownership of mistakes and customer service. They lost part of my order and have taken no responsibility nor given me any priority in processing for their mistake. It was on me to tell them the items I was still missing even though I bought a "bundle" that was supposed to mean I would get everything I need.
