Worst company - outsourced and inept customer service. Shipping incorrect product a hassle, and then on followup the solar panel was damaged because of grossly insufficient packing. Shipping a solar panel in a thin cardboard box with 1 layer of cardboard. Lastly - the Renogy ************ meter isnt accurate. They have a **************** address (**********), but its a 100% foreign operation

I Purchased, Renogy battery 300 AH February 24 on June 26 I contacted Renogy having a problem with the battery no amperage and its been a nightmare ever since I loaded all kinds of video on ******* for them use a multimeter sent them all kinds of picture They finally sent me a return authorization now they are telling me I wasnt supposed to send it back because they didnt authorize it. THE WORST DO NOT BUY from them - I wish I had known about these reviews on BBB before beginning my journey into h*** with Renogy. They sent me the completely wrong product and their customer service is truly awful. It took weeks just to get them to send me a return label but, of course, I can't actually send the product because it is a hazardous material requiring special steps I can't perform. Renogy has good products but when I ordered a solar system they sent 38 separate packages, *********** GROUND and ****** THEY NEVER ALERTED ME ABOUT *** PACKAGES SENT ON 7/15/24. IT'S THE 24TH AND I AM FURIOUS! I only got tracking info for **** and ***** because I had to ask for the tracking #s. They are incompetent, I will never order from them again!
Ordered Solar Panels kit from Renogy directly and did NOT arrive and got billed and then I requested a refund and was told it has been "Escalated to logistics team" and "High volume" excuses. This is an unacceptable business practice. I'm done.
I have bought a full Renogy system to kit out a van. The latest addition is the battery shunt 300. Each price of the system works alone. Unfortunately,I cant get my app, one core, dc/dc charger, rover solar charger, and shunt to cooperate together. After many phone calls and messages I finally got through to a tech. He was very nice but after an hour of trouble shooting he said he was going to escalate the case. I had to respond to an email with pictures and videos. I ordered an item, it arrived with missing parts. After months of promises, Renogy refused to send the parts and stopped communicating. I challenged the charge on my credit card and Renogy lied to get the case to go their way. Awful company - dishonest.
Bought two Lithium Ion 100ah batteries and a 3000watt Inverter Charger for our travel van. Spent a lot on these items, had issues early on with the inverter charger, even went as far as to ship the item back (it is very heavy) weighs nearly 60 lbs, they examined and said nothing was wrong with it and shipped it back. This time it had a broken piece that ties down one of the main wires and the platform was bent. I ordered a 220W folding solar panel on June 5. It was "shipped" on June 12. The ***** tracking shows "label created" and has not changed since. I tried emailing - no response. I tried calling several times - I got cut off every time, even after waiting on hold for 30 mins. I filed a case with them online - I got a reply saying they would "look into it with logistics", then no follow up. I've tried reaching out several times since and get no reply.
