If I'm spending 1500 CAD with your company I demand a customer service response within one week. I've raised a case with your and sent multiple emails, you have no Canadian customer service number. How do I get someone to deal with my issues. It's ridiculous. I have 2 batteries from you and neither are working correctly. This company will not fill orders in the timeframe they indicate when you purchase. Customer support is below 1 star. Do not purchase from this company, I wish I had not. I will be calling my credit card company on Monday.

Do not order from Renogy unless you want to have a nervous breakdown. No customer service despite emails, messaging, etc. Solar panel kit never delivered, despite my flooding 2 days of work to wait at home for lying fedex. Now I have to go thru hideous complaint ticket nonsense. So never ever order from renogy!!
My Renogy inverter was in a flood. I called tech support to see what could be done. I was 4th in the que. Then a call center in the Philippines answered and took my info. They said if no one answers in 15 seconds just stay on the line. After an hour and 15 minutes no one had answered but the ENTIRE time their outgoing message "All our customer service agents are helping other customers, please stay on the line," kept repeating in a continual loop. Terrible customer service. I bought a 100amp panel. It came missing the back cover. I got in touch with them the day the panel came. I had to send a bunch of pictures of it. “I get that though”. They said they’d send it right out. That was like 3 weeks ago. Today I was on the phone with a supervisor. That I waited for another 1/2 hr to talk to. She told me their warehouse is moving. I placed my order for a solar panel "kit" which was supposed to be delivered on July 13. Parts of the kit started arriving in separate packages which didn't bother me at first but it's July 30th now and I still don't have everything I need. I reached out to their customer service and was told some parts will be shipped on Aug 19th and 2 parts they don't even have an ETA on when they'll be back in stock. put me in the same boat. I wish i'd checked here first, oops. At least you get a fairly nice person on the phone, if you ever get through. That's the only nice thing i can say. Wont ship, ship partial, won't answer mail or phone, won't refund, won't give the same story twice. No support system, go elsewhere.Had to give 1 star but I don't mean it.

1.1 sounds about right! I purchased just an $80 portable panel that failed at about the one-year mark. My attempt to return it under its five-year warranty took a full month and SIXTEEN emails back and forth -- and when I finally received the replacement, it arrived all beaten to hell because it hadn't been packaged into a shipping box. Who could have guessed that sadists would sell solar panels?
Horrible customer service. I ordered Solar panels and never received the product. I received a shipping confirmation number after 5 days. Day 12 the FedEx site say "Label Created". After 45 minutes on hold with Customer Support I gave up. On the second attempt, I was on hold over 30 minutes but finally got through. They blamed it on "shipping issues with FedEx that have been resolved" and assured me the panels would be shipped immediately. Day 19 panels still have not been shipped.
