We are experiencing nothing but frustration after trying without success to get a response from Renogy to our request for customer support after purchasing a defective inverter-charger from them. To date we have tried their customer support phone line (always a recorded message saying the person we are trying to reach is not taking calls), their customer support online form (two messages sent with zero response), and three emails. Customer service is not good at all ,I was interested in some of there panels and inverter ,tried emails a few times and got nothing back.I found another dealer and much cheaper and same quality .

Issues for months (7 to be exact), a month to respond to emails, hours to pick up the customer service line only to be dropped moments later. I’m not sure, are they going out of business or what? Their products and installation diagrams are amazing, if they would just answer the phone they would have a rockstar company.

customer service is TERRIBLE!! I bought a product from their website and it said the LCD that was a common add on.. so I bought it. Then they say it's not compatible. Now I have to pay for return and a 10% restock fee.. WHAT?? it costs more to return than it did to purchase. Cant get through ... no email returns.. and they don't honor the 5% discount when you sign up for their crappy news letter. I returned my product weeks ago and have not gotten my refund back. I was told it was returned successfully and to wait for a credit but now my calls won’t go through and my emails go unanswered.
I ordered the 400w kit with 40a mppt charge controller on walmart.com. Walmart says it is sold and shipped by Wal-Mart but it apparently ships from the renogy headquarters located in Ontario Canada? I really don't know. Anyway, I waited well over a week for my solar panels to arrive on the estimated delivery date. The kit never came. The walmart rep I spoke to two days ago was under the impression that they lost it in the mix due to the high volume right now because it never moved from the shipper in Ontario. Nonexistent customer service - I had to have my credit card bank reverse the Renogy charge for my missing solar panel order that NEVER arrived and Renogy had no ability to track the missing shipment. And I live less than 60 miles away from Renogy's headquarters!
Purchase a Renogy solar kit from Walmart, this made it convenient for me to pick up on the way out to off grid location. Had wife pick up part on the way, she returned with 1 package, Didn’t install until 3 weeks later and found out Walmart had only one package. Call Walmart and advise me to call Renogy. Called Renogy and said yes your rest of 4 package are still at factory, they didn't acknowledge or get in contact with me until I called them. I told i will pick up at factory in Ontario Ca location.
