Ordered March 9, 2021. Multiple calls to the office out of Chino California. Many promises. All lies. This is not a reputable company to do business with. I am asking Home Depot Corporate office to remove them as a vender. Please don't do business with them.

I have left several email that have gone unanswered,left 2 messages on Messenger and tried to call over 20 times and no one picks up. I have bought several items however getting information from them is impossible. I still need more items for my system but will not be using Renogy. Worst customer service by far I have found4
DO NOT ORDER FROM RENOGY!!! Take your money to a more reputable business. Learn from our mistakes. We placed an order for an inverter and battery on the 4th Feb 2021. The checkout process was smooth and relatively easy. We paid our bill and was quoted 6 to 11 days for shipping. Then the problems started. First of all they don't deliver to PO boxes apparently. Literally the worst customer service and technical support I have ever experienced from a company. After consulting with their techs, I invested more than $2500 with them, only to find out later that the tech was wrong and the components would not work together. So, purchased another setup, only to have yet ANOTHER tech tells me THAT setup would not work. I filed a warranty and complaint about solar collector visible white lines 30 plus with pictures. The verified complaint is absent from the complaint process which they claim they get back to you on mechanical failure in a one-year limited warranty. The business failed consumers as the pannel are ultra-thin and fail. Canadian may have a tougher product with thicker starboard sun-resistant backing. I purchased eflex 30 portable solar panel from this renogy company. Well I expected to get brand new and working condition. But they sent me defected and broken product. I tried to communicate through email to them. But they are not taking care of customers. And all i want is to return the product. They are not giving any ticket number to return. I bought an inverter from them that was faulty. Customer service wouldn’t get back to me by email or phone trying to troubleshoot it, and after two weeks of trying to fix the issue when I was finally able to send it back, I had to wait three weeks of me trying to email and call numerous times to check on the status. I constantly had calls drop after waiting half an hour on hold, I was finally able to learn that the inverter was deemed faulty.
