buyer beware! Ordered a solar charging kit on 17jun2021, was quoated 5days, on 10jul2021 order is still waiting for shipment. no luck with emailing responce. even less luck with the number. i still dont know when i will get my items. i do not recommend ordering from renogy unless you have no timeline and pateints.

Renogy is a horrible business with which I've unfortunately spent thousands of dollars with. The latest purchase was two 100AH Lithium batteries from their Amazon store. I order one of May 23rd, and one on May 24th. The shipping time was 3-4 weeks I believe. That date came and passed and when I noticed they didn't ship I contacted the company. Submitted a order. After reading reviews on product quality I decided to call and cancel my order. I canceled the order before it ever shipped. They never canceled the order. The shipped half the order. After spending hours on waiting and dealing with customer service. The made promises to refund the money and send shipping labels to return the products I did receive. READ: Renogy *cannot* ship batteries at the moment due to some sort of problem with their certifications to ship lithium batteries fedex ground. I've been waiting a month for it to ship, and have now been indicated that I may not see this battery until August. I ordered June 1st. It's June 28th and have been told that they cannot give me a rough estimate of it's ETA. What a mistake to buy from Renogy!! Their customer service is next to none, not on the good side; it is nonexistent. A call to this company 9 times out of 10 results in being disconnected. My almost $3k order #********. Result: I was better off before I had this installed. Batteries and solar panels seem to work ok, but the inverter/charger is a nightmare. If you call customer service and do not get hung up on and ask the same question twice, you will (I got) 2 completely different answers in direct conflict with each other.... read more
I ordered a kit from renogy On March 11th and as of June 11th was still waiting for the panel. Their customer service has been mediocre, replying with, "it's on the way" everytime I message them. I finally asked when it will arrive and was told its on back order now. I told them they've wasted my time and to issue a refund or credit. They took 10 days to issue the refund and then today only issued a partial refund. I would not recommend renogy to anyone. Renogy is a terrible company to buy from.

Just Read all of these reviews!!! I too am in the same boat as everyone else. DO NOT ORDER FROM RENOGY!! The products seem to be good but the customer service is awful and HORRIBLE. I ordered a premium solar kit and a battery monitor. I got the battery monitor but everything else was pending. has been many weeks and still no solar kit. I ended up buying from ****** (same kit - arrived in 4 days). I have asked for my refund. Hopefully the quality their products (which came highly rated) supercedes their customer service. Original order on 3/28 Package(s) shipped and arrived 4/5. Partial order... Contacted CS and proceeded through a battery of back and forth emails including packaging and pics of what I did receive. IMO, they have very poor interdepartmenral and organizational communication. Just a horrible company to work with. After purchasing two of their two hundred dollar plus batteries. I tried to get a simple technical question answered from them. After 3 emails and still no response I finally gave up. I'll never buy another Renory product. Be very careful if you decide to buy from them since they do not respond I can only image if anyone has a warranty claim. Check on line and see how many bad reviews this company receives.
