Do not buy from Renogy. I ordered solar panels and charge controller last month, no tracking number after 3 weeks. Responses through email were irrelevant to what I ordered (solar panels & charge controller but they were claiming some sort of issue with fedex and batteries), I got fed up and told them to cancel the order which they did 20 days ago but today while going through bills I discover they never credited my card! They sold me solar panels with a 33% shipping cost and when they hadn’t arrived a month after the expected arrival date, I reached out to customer service. I called their service line 6 times and each time my call was dropped after over an hour of being on hold. They got back to me via email saying that the product wasn’t in stock when they sold it to me, but was being restocked that day, and that they would ship it to me if I was willing to wait. I ordered 10 175 watt solar panels on June 25th. I received email confirmation of my order and a follow up that it was awaiting shipment. It is now July 16th and I have not received any tracking or shipping info. I emailed on July 6th for an update and no response. I filled out website tickets and received a response on July 15th from someone who is obviously not in the US. I filed a dispute with paypal and will be contacting my bank in the morning. We ordered thousands dollars worth of equipment to hook up solar on our sailboat. They sent us half the order. It took a month for us to get anything. They sent us incorrect parts. They sent us the wrong order- with another’s customers personal information. They don’t do what they call “voluntary returns” so if something doesn’t work out you can’t return it despite what it says on their website. Customer service is a nightmare. I have never bothered to write a review like this - but Renogy is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered a 100Ah battery in May. They promised it would be delivered by June 2nd and immediately charged my CC. It's July 15th and all they did is create a shipping label. Paid almost $900. Two calls to customer service (30-45 minute wait time each call) and about 6 calls that were disconnected and all I got were empty promises of "it will arrive in 7-10 business days." The absolute worst customer experience ever. Quick to receive your payment..impossible to get any answers about your undelivered orders..phone call waiting period over 1 hour..multiple emails result in various excuses. Email response time? Days... Always apologizing responses with misspelled words and chopped errors in Grammer. 7 weeks and still nowhere on delivery. There is no refund policy. Best advise??? STAY AWAY from this company and save yourself alot of pain and financial loss.

On June 7th I ordered a 100Ah lithium battery, the next day they charged my account the $850 and issued a FedEx tracking number, while the FedEx system states that the number was issued, but the package was never made available for pickup. Well 38 days later and only the run around from Renogy CS, first that FedEx is mistaken and must have lost the package, then on June 13th that a clerical error was made, but things are now moving; on July 1st work is that a battery certification issue has been resolved and I should be in r... read more

This my first and probably last experience with Renogy. I placed an order for an AGM battery on June 20th. They notified me four days later that the battery had shipped and charged my credit card. Nearly a month later, they still have not shipped that battery. I really want the product which is why I have not canceled the order yet but the fact that they charged my card, said they shipped it, and then found that in reality never did really makes me question the integrity of this firm. This is the latest email I sent: (I wish I had seen these reviews before I paid) Your company is broken! Another unauthorized payment was deducted due your complete inept support system! Is it so hard to cancel an order and return money paid? Why does it take 4 days to respond to an email? And then just to pass me along to another department which is what you are doing with this email.
