I ordered a DC to DC charger and 1 hour after I ordered it I wanted to cancel the order. I called their "Contact Us" number **** *** ***** and the recording said they had high call volume and they are transferring to an operator. I called 4 times and each time when they transferred to the operator the call was disconnected. Also 1 hour after I put this order in I received an email from "Renogy" with a hidden email address of Renogy ....candymail.ch>. Are they now using mail in China? I just want my order cancelled.

Ordered a flexible solar panel from their Ebay store early August, was told they were not in stock and accepted a substitute. Renogy provided tracking that showed the shipping ticket had been created but no evidence of shipping. It's been 3 months of email exchanges with their customer service rep making failed promises to ship my product with no tracking provided. I had an issue with a Renogy Charge Controller since the day I got it. I spent hours calling in, only to be left on hold and disconnected whenever they tried to transfer me. I spent MONTHS (4 months!) exchanging emails with their support team. I responded to their emails promptly, with details and screenshots of the issue. They took 1-2 weeks to respond to me, every single time. Then, after not hearing from them for two weeks, they respond with something like, "I will have to look into that for you." Wow. The inverter/chargers they sell are sophisticated and versatile, but my unit failed after only 2 months (on my RV) without actually going on any trips. They give a 1-800 number for service and return inquiries, but the number is always busy. Always. Very poor customer service!

I just spent almost 50 minutes on hold before someone answered. I told her I wanted to purchase a system, and she insisted on gathering all my info about appliances even though I already knew what I needed. I was then transferred to someone else, who told me I needed 2700W of solar panels for my system. Worst company ever. They take their consumers monies then don’t send them complete kits to which they ordered. They would NOT send me anything that wasn’t in the kit until I sent them photos of the missing items (told me this multiple times) how the heck can I send photos of missing items. Placed an order on line at 9:47 AM. Realized it was the wrong item called customer service after 1 hour and 3 minutes on hold the call was cut off. I emailed the customer return department 1 hour and 12 minutes after I placed the order. The status clearly showed : AWAITING FULFILLMENT. I ordered a Lithium Battery and the only thing I know from Renogy is that they charge the battery amount on my account. I have no news of the order. This looks like a scam. Problem ticket opened a week and a half ago has gone unresolved and without any information as promised. I contacted the Canadian customer support twice without any answer.
