Problem ticket opened two weeks ago has gone unresolved and without any information as promised. After two telephone conversations and five e-mail requests for an update the problem has not been addressed. E-mails sent to Customer Service, Tech Support, or Sales result in an automated response with a ticket number. While their automation does well to acknowledge inquiries, the human factor of actually responding to problems and questions is completely non-existent. We have been working with our customer ******* ****** in an attempt to resolve his issue with the Renogy App. Currently, the application needs an update in the software that will not be available until next year. As it is being worked on by our engineers. We sent the customer a request to have the items returned for a full refund. we will wait on the customer's response
