The Service Department personnel was very professional and pleasant. They told me it would take about an hour to complete the work, and the car was ready in one hour. All and all, I was very pleased, indeed.
I always take my Honda Civic to Proctor Subaru for servicing. It is located close to my home and very convenient. Staff are knowledgeable and efficient. The waiting area is clean and great snacks are provided. I highly recommend Proctor Subaru.
I live in NYC and regularly visit Tallahassee. Proctor Subaru changed the oil and did some basic maintenance on our "new to us" Subaru Outback. From the second I walked in the door until I left the service center, I received friendly, professional, and detailed customer service. The customer waiting area was very quiet and comfortable. Took my Outback in to be serviced and was once again totally impressed with the Subaru Service Dept. Not only did they do what they said they would, but they did it on time and they washed my car afterwards. They also had a transport service if I needed it but since they were so quick (one Hour) I didn't make use of it. The waiting room is clean and comfortable with all kinds of snacks and coffee. Thanks, Subaru!

It was very easy to make an appointment and once we arrived our oil change was done in a timely manner. Whoever we spoke to upon arrival was very personable and helpful.
