All the work was done quickly and surpassed expectations because the Service team checked a couple of things we had not thought about. Then, to top it all off, they washed and vacuumed out our car. My husband was there Less than an hour and meanwhile, he sat in a very nice show/waiting room with coffee and pretzels (complimentary). Wow!

The latest purchase was a Subaru Forester. It was at least the 3rd Subaru we purchased through Abel Correa. Our 6th Subaru. Kudos to Abel -as always - Ron, and Tony in the service department.

Yesterday afternoon the service represenatative told me they would not honor any part of my Subaru battery warranty (30 months free replacement and 85 months prorated) because my 2 year old Legacy was out of warranty. He said they would replace the battery but there was a charge for testing ($48) and a charge for installing the new battery. I left and went somewhere else where they tested my existing battery and installed a new one at no charge. I drove away with a new battery in 10 mintues. 3rd maintance service for my Crosstreck. Always fast, professional and even wash it! ... while for a short wait I am comfortable with a cup of coffee and snacks in the waiting area. Excellent everytime! Great staff.

Another great experience with the service department at Subaru. Even though I went in for an oil change and found out I needed new tires and brakes...they made it as painless as possible. I trust these guys completely. They knew I was getting on the road to travel to NC early the next morning. They fixed my brakes today and will do my tires first thing in the morning so my trip won't be too delayed!
