This service department is the best! I made an appointment, they took me on time and finished when they said they would. The service team went over all the issues they handled on my car and got me safely on my way. And, waiting while your car is being serviced is pleasant....WiFi, snacks, comfortable seating and dog friendly. Couldn’t ask for more!
As always, Proctor Subaru service personnel were courteous and efficient. My oil light came on and they got me in right away. Thank you!

I had lots of things go wrong with my 2017 Subaru WRX for some unknown reasons. But with that said. Proctor Subaru, specifically, Abel, Tony, and Jeff have taken absolutely amazing care of me. Everything was covered under warranty thankfully and everyone was so happy to help me while being extremely knowledgeable. Could not have asked for better customer care. Definitely recommend.
I have been thinking for about a year of trading in my Honda Fit (which I adore) for a Subaru. Well, the Proctor dealership made me a wonderful trade in deal which facilitated my purchase of my new Forester! I'm a happy camper! I just had my 2014 Subaru Legacy serviced at Proctor Subaru. They took my vehicle back for servicing as soon as I got there. They said it would take about 90 minutes for the servicing and in 90 minutes the work was done. I almost didn't recognize my car as it was washed, interior vacuumed and looked showroom new. all the work was performed in a professional manner and I couldn't be happier with Proctor Subaru.
My Outback needed to stay longer so I got a loaner and AJ was so helpful moving my gear from my car into the loaner. And the loaner was a 2017 Crosstrek.
This is our second Subaru from Proctor and they have provided wonderful after-sales service. They tell you what they are going to do, they do it, and there are no surprises! We like doing business with them-they are top-notch (^-^)!
We had our new Subaru in for service on the 22nd and I think it was Billy who took care of us. As always, we were treated in a manner most other businesses could take a lesson from. I bought my first call in 1973, and we have seen he worst in a Ft. Walton dealership, and the very best in Proctor. This is our sixth Subaru. Four of them from Proctor. I am sure we'll be back in a few years. We appreciate being treated as if we matter. Subaru dealers in general are customer friendly, except for the one exception.
