Great service. Tony and BIlly are good to work with. Having a clean car when you leave is good too. When I am waiting, I often find friends or interesting folks who own Subies there to talk to.

If you truly want a five star experience, then go to Proctor Subaru in Tallahassee and ask for "Hank". Hank Smith is extremely knowedgable about cars, especially Subarus!! He's been around a while and he provides you with outstanding customer service. I intend to recommend Proctor Subaru to all my friends and family. If you want the best--go to Proctor and ask for Hank!
Tony Badia and the rest of the crew at Proctor always go above and beyond to help no matter how ridiculous my requests are! I had an ongoing major problem with my 4 year old Subaru and they handled it with grace and kindness, always making sure I was taken care of. This is where my Subaru will be going for service for the rest of its life, and where I will go when it's time for a new Subaru!
I talked to Service Advisor Tony on the phone to schedule an appointment and then dealt with Billy Swindell when at Proctor. Both were very helpful and both made you feel welcome. Very nice first experience after moving from Massachusettts where we had a great Subaru dealer. After yesterdays visit we are pretty confident we have gotten lucky twice
