Just bought an Outback from Proctor Subaru. Abel did a great job and gave us a good deal on the last 2017 on their lot.
I bought a 2014 Outback, it has caused me No problems mechanically. I drove back and forth to Tallahassee at the time, and had a run of flat tires due to road hazards. Proctor staff were really great. I was quickly seen, tires fixed and back on the road to see my patients. When the car had to be serviced, I made my appointment, was given a seat along with coffee and goodies, a very nice environment and very pleasant helpful staff. AJ is a gem. He explained everything clearly and didn't pressure me into doing services I wasn't ready for ( money being the issue). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I don't really love spending $50.00 in labor to change 3 bulbs. Otherwise, it was a good experience because of AJ.
Purchased a Legacy from Proctor Subaru last July. Just had my 2nd FREE oil change. They checked everything on my car and even hand washed and vacuumed it!! Excellent customer service! The workmanship, power and comfort of my car is exceptional! Buying a car from Proctor is by far different than anywhere else. No pressure, very professional and the salesman are very knowledgeable.
