I've never had an unpleasant experience at Proctor Subaru. As I think about it, over the years that I've been taking my car in for service, I've actually come to look forward to seeing everyone there, because they are so friendly. They certainly are not what we've all come to think about car dealers. They are more like friends.
I have had some issues come up that are thankfully covered under the extended warranty that we bought. The people that have helped me in the service department, mainly AJ, have been very friendly and helpful. They have also been very helpful in providing a loaner car so that I could continue to work. The only frustrating things I have encountered have to do with my time. Wow. Had to have airbag recall work done to my Subaru. Was not wanting to drive 80 miles to Tallahassee, but let me tell you how super nice all the service guys were. Just absolutely nice and curteous. And washed my car after service!
Proctor Subaru has worked really hard to elevate the service quality and experience. Waiting is actually quite pleasant while your car is going through routine service. If you have to leave your car for extended single-day service, Proctor provides transportation to and from your home or business. If service requires more than a single day to accomplish, Proctor will provide a replacement automobile for you to drive until service is complete. Brake service for my Outback was fast & done well.
I obviously love Subaru... but Proctor Subaru in Tallahassee is wonderful! Friendly & great customer service is a must. That's a make a break for a company. Subaru is a company that speaks loudly for itself so I would expect nothing less than awesome customer service & Proctor Subaru delivers! I'm a happy customer per the norm. I've sold two Subaru's & recommended Proctor for the usual oil change & maintenance to a few of my Honda friends who prefer a bit more top notch service.
