Just had my car serviced at Proctor Subaru for the first time since I bought it and they make it a wonderful experience! The service was quick, thorough and the customer service was excellent, just the experience I have always had with the Proctor dealerships!
My older Saturn's a/c stopped working. I took it in, and within 2 days, the problem was diagnosed and fixed, and I had my car back, freshly washed as a bonus! I was very satisfied with the service I received at Proctor.
Their service is always excellent which is the main reason I bought my second Subaru from Proctor. My latest service appointment was more than excellent. The staff went out of their way to help me with a car problem and a complex schedule!
I recently had my recalled airbag for my 2011 Forester replaced and was very satisfied with the service at Proctor Subaru. Specifically, my car was taken in at the appointed time, completed at the time promised, and I received a ride home and back to retrieve my car.
My leased 2016 Subaru Outback was up for the 12/15,000 mile standard maintenance; when I arrived, Tony, one of the service managers, was already printing my work order. He promised the work to be done in 1 to 1-1/2 hours, and I opted to wait. The Proctor showroom is very pleasant and light and I waited sitting at a high table with my laptop and a cup of good, dark, free coffee. My car had an airbag recall and AJ worked hard to get my car in and repaired quickly and efficiently. The shuttle service was nice so that I did not have to sit for hours waiting and Sam was a pleasure to speak with. I have always had good experiences with this dealership's service department.
My 2008 has a recall on the dashboard -- I stopped by to get the car inspected as required by Subaru prior to replacement -- The service advisor Phil Holland was great -- my only issue has nothing to do with Phil or Proctors -- if Phil could have inspected the dash instead of having to have a tech do it all of our could have saved a lot of time -- however this is Subaru's requirement not Proctors --
