My 2016 Forrester just had its 18,000 mile check-up. I'm very satisfied with the service and courtesy at Proctor Subaru - but then, the Proctor name is well known for top service and quality of staff. Since I wanted a car with proven reliability and longevity and knowing that Tallahassee is where I want to stay, Proctor Subaru was the obvious choice. The waiting areas are very comfortable and it's a nice quiet atmosphere to read or knit. Thanks!

I had my Honda CRV serviced at Proctor Suburu yesterday. It was a regular oil change, tire rotation, and fluids check. I arrived at my appointed time and they were ready for me. I was informed about what would be done and how long I could expect to be there. When all was completed I quickly paid and checked out. The service manager was polite, friendly, and thorough. As a 'bonus' my car was washed on the outside and vacuumed on the inside! I rate my experience 'excellent.'
I've always had a great experience when having my Forester serviced at Proctor. The folks at Proctor are very professional and the facility is clean and everyone is friendly and helpful. My husband dropped my car off for this particular service and he returned my car serviced and washed and vaccuumed! They took my husband to work and picked him up when my car was ready. Proctor makes have my car serviced very convenient and an all around good experience.
Bought my Forester in Nov 2015 at Proctor. Since then I have had 2 warranty repairs. They welcomed me and fixed the issues with no questions asked. Well worth 100 mile drive even though they're not the closest dealership.
Our recent service for our Outback was handled very professionally by Billy and the staff at Proctor. They completed the service in a very timely manner and the Outback runs like it is still a new car off the lot. We would highly recommend Proctor Subaru to our neighbors and friends who may be looking for a new car, keep up the good work!
