My service visit to Proctor Subaru Tallahassee yesterday was great. They were courteous and timely. But a special thank you to Sam, their courtesy shuttle driver. He was exceptionally kind and called me to make sure I had a ride to pick up my car in the afternoon. He really went above and beyond.

As a Subaru ambassador, I used to recommend Proctor over the Valdosta dealer. Sadly, 3 owners that I've brought to the Subaru family are now complaining to me about Proctor's lack of service on their cars. I hope things get back to normal over there.
This is my third Subaru Forester; I stick with the brand for several reasons, one of which is the excellent service at Proctor Subaru. My routine service this week was no exception. The vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and at the estimated price. It had been well cleaned. The waiting area is very nice.
Every time that I have brought my Outback in for service has been a satisfying experience. The staff is friendly and communicative. The service is done in a timely manner; the car is ready when promised. The waiting area is comfortable and well stocked with refreshments.
My car-buying experience could not have been any more exceptional. Gary and Ron made the process absolutely seamless. They took the time to make sure I understood everything that I was reading and signing. Gary walked me through every feature of the car and made sure to help me set everything up. The car was spotless and right out front waiting for me with a full tank of gas. It was well worth the 2-hour drive from Panama City to purchase from them. And I absolutely love my new Crosstrek!
