I drove 105 miles one way to buy my Crosstrek at Proctor Subaru because of the service provided by Tony to family members. When it came time for my first service, I again drove the 210 miles round trip to have my service done at Proctor. Joanie (in the Service Dept) remembered me and even asked about my grandbabies! I must say, the Service staff at Proctor Suburu exuded professionalism and went out of their way to make sure that my car was serviced quickly. They offered me a shuttle to my home - so minimal time spent away from my office. They were even so kind as to make sure my car was clean after servicing. Wow! Only good things to say about my experience here!!
I went in for oil change and my subaru came back washed and vacumed after the service was completed! Billy and Zack were quick to take care of getting me checked in and out with friendly service.
Proctor Subaru is the best! I've been a client since 2013 and I've never had an issue or a complaint with anyone I've dealt with there, not in Parts, Sales or Service. They do excellent work, communicate very well and are always professional and polite. I will continue to use Proctor Subaru because of their super work and great customer service.
I have had two Foresters serviced by Proctor Subaru since they opened. I have always had a great experience. My latest visit involved a recall and my car was out of service for a week. I was given a loaner car and the service was done just as I requested. When I picked up my Forester my service consultant, Tony Badia, went over the repairs with me and made sure I was happy. I plan to continue to use Proctor Subaru for future service needs.
