Excellent initial purchase experience: this was my third car and my family's second purchase with Proctor Subaru and the best car shopping experience I've ever had. Proctor also has excellent customer service whether I'm bringing the car in with a simple question or routine maintenance.
Hands down the best experience EVER at a dealership!! We live almost an hour away and came to see a Nissan we saw online, it was almost time for the dealership to close for a customer appreciation function and it was storming outside, not only did Abel get the car in the rain under the shelter for us but stayed late even though we weren't sure about buying.
