Don't buy a Subaru without reading this! Please share! Subaru just denied a rust claim on my 2-year old Impreza. Yep, still under new car warranty. Said it was my fault for carrying my kayak on top...just like they had on their own promo car at the local kayak fishing tourney last week. Never mind I told them my plans when I bought the car, when they said this was definitely the car I needed. Dumped it for a new truck yesterday. Sold me the car saying I was good to go. Guess their memory is short.
Hello Facebook friends. Love my new Outback! Subaru provides great support for its car owners. Last Friday Proctor Subaru performed a service to take care of a recall for the car's telematics (Starlink -- LOVE!) system. Billy and the great service team took care of the software update while I waited (I conveniently made an appointment through the website) and now the Starlink safety features are working even better. Thanks, Proctor Subaru!
Went in for a recall repair and had an excellent experience. Got me in and out fast and they have an excellent waiting area. They even washed and vacuumed my vehicle. Excellent work. Thanks.
