Proctors has an excellent service department always courteous and prompt, Also nice to get our car back washed and vacuumed.
I have always had a good experience when I have to take my car into the Subaru Service Center. Everyone I encounter goes above and beyond to assist with anything I need.
Always make the hour drive to let them service my 2015 Impreza. Love the service I get every time! Update 1/3/17: I had to stop going to Proctor and start going to Osteen in Valdosta in December of 2015. I have tried to make an appointment at Proctor numerous times, online and on the phone, and each time they are booked at least 6 weeks in advance. There is no way service is that booked! Just bought our first Subaru. Was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. Also, had to take my car back to have the body molding put on. Again, the best service we have ever had at a service dept. Thank you to everyone that was involved with my purchase.

Ordered a couple accessories for my new Forester XT. Both were in stock, and the salesman even offered to install them for me. Very happy with my experience.
Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation online with them for Saturday. They sent notification they could work me in on Friday which is good service. I kept my initial appointment but Billy was excellent at keeping me informed, reviewing my work and his attitude is always positive.
