Had a great experience, as always! Took a little longer than expected, but I think it was because they squeezed me into their schedule! Love the snack and drink selection!!!

I experienced 5 Star service at Proctor Subaru on my first ever visit with my CrossTrek! (Fantastic car by the way) Billy in service was terrific and attentive....Overall an exceptional experience and I'm a tough customer.
Great experience! Billy was very accommodating and helpful! Expected to be there longer but they finished quickly. Seemed to be very thorough...they found a critter and a nest in the filter box :). Will definitely use them again.
It was a pleasure visiting the Subaru service yesterday for my regular check-up. Staff was pleasant, prompt, cordial, and we felt like we were guests! Thanks for excellent service!
The service staff is very nice and seems knowledgeable. They even clean up your car after an oil change. I dropped my Outback off for a service, but I may just sit and wait next time. Plenty of magazines, coffee, and even snacks.
Another Fantastic trip to Proctor! Best customer service I have experienced! 4.21.2017- Great experience! Billy was very nice and even the coffee was good. I am actually looking forward to my next service in 6000 miles!
