Always a pleasure working with the responsive service professionals at Proctor Subaru. Jessica Harris is top-notch. She didn't make any attempt to "sell" me anything I didn't need. Since we're considering adding another Subaru to our family, she even engaged the nicest, low-key salesman to find me just the right car as a loaner to get me back to work. We have always been satisfied with Proctor Subaru.
Best dealership in town. Same staff is professional and no pressure, service department is friendly and helpful.
Took our Forester in for a 9:00 appointment, to change the oil and multipoint check, six hours later no one ha called me so I called the service department and no one would answer. Drove down there and found out the car hadn't even been serviced yet. Told them I would be back the next day. Got a great apology but not cool!!!!
The service department people treated me very well, I love the complimentary car wash also. I was however disappointed that I'd specifically asked that my car be locked as I'd left something important in it and was assured that I didn't need to return early to remove it yet when I came back several hours later and checked my car it was completely unlocked. I was quite frustrated.
My Legacy had a recall. I called and made an appointment to bring it in. I was addressed quickly when I drove up on the day of appointment. It was explained to me what they would be doing with my car and the estimated time it would be done. I received a courtesy ride to my work and didn't wait long at all. Repair was done when they stated, courtesy driver picked me up from work, car was cleaned before they returned it to me. I am glad I bought from Proctor and I am pleased with their customer service! Great job everyone!
I had great experience recently with the Service team at Proctor Subaru. They quickly diagnosed an engine warning code and advised that I could drive the car until the part was shipped in. When the part arrived they fit me into a busy service schedule and kept me updated on progress in the waiting room. My Outback is running happily again. I couldn't have asked for more polite and competent service. Thanks, Proctor Subaru!
