We had our car sent in via a recent recall. My wife scheduled a repair visit online and confirmed over the phone that the appointment was set. We dropped the car off the night before the appointment. The next day I got a call that they did not have service visit in their system. The team got the recall repaired that day anyways and we picked the car up that evening. -1 for not having their reservation that we set and confirmed. +1 for getting it done that day anyways.
In all my years I have never had the pleasure of working with a dealership like Proctor Subaru. I just don't see how they can get any better. I refer everyone to them. Know lots of people who have bought their SUV's from them and just love them. They make you feel special! No place is perfect. They are as human as you and me. Beats the nightmare I had with KIA hands down. And I just love my new Forester!
The service department at Proctor Subaru is both professional and personal and my vehicle is always ready on time!

Just had an oil change and inspection on our 2001 Forester, which has more than 175,000 miles and still runs like a champ. Very impressed as always with the Proctor Subaru team.
The service department is very friendly and efficient. I especially appreciate that they wash & vacuum my car after each visit.
