As a Canadian snowbird I am delighted to be so welcomed, so well taken care of by Proctor Subaru while I'm here in Florida.
I had my first service appt. yesterday on my new Subaru. The folks at Proctor were very friendly and efficient. They answered any questions I had. They provide a great space to wait in.
Once I arrived they checked my car in and immediately arranged a ride back to my office. I was called and updated on the progress of service and was advised as to price and recommendations for near future service that I will need. I was promptly picked back up from work and checked out. True customer service at its finest.

The service we received at Proctor Subaru was excellent. The service personnel were courteous, efficient and thorough. I was especially impressed that our car was washed after being serviced.
On a busy Saturday they were able to get my car in and do the work. Excellent service and people (as usual) !

This was my first time for service at Proctor Subaru, as I recently moved to North Florida. Just had regular service, oil change, tire rotation, etc. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I have had an issue twice with the oil going low, service tech looked up my vin# to see if my car was on that recall list, it was not. I was advised to keep an eye on it if it happens again to call Subaru. Had a problem with my cooling system Steve and the rest of the crew were very obliging and since we had to wait for parts got me a loaner to drive until they got them in and got the car running again. Great job gentlemen as always.
