I purchased my new Subaru just over a week ago and could not have been more pleased with the purchase process. When contacted by the Service Department that my door guards which were included with the purchase had arrived I returned for the installation. The Service Department was courteous, efficient and my experience could not have been better! Plus I received a complimentary car wash!

I bought my 2015 Forester elsewhere but take it to Proctor to have it serviced. Subaru provides free oil change & maintenance on their new cars - a much appreciated perk. Proctor is amazing! Make an appointment, shuttle service if needed. Good coffee & other drinks & top quality snacks, all gratis. Comfy clean waiting area, with wi-fi, of course. Service provided with a smile by all. Sam, their shuttle driver who picked me up, couldn't have been nicer. Overall, a pleasant experience.
I have purchased 5 cars from the Proctor dealerships and have always received excellent service. My next vehicle may need to be a pickup capable of towing a trailer. Unfortunately, Proctors doesn't carry a truck capable of towing over 5000 lbs. Given my record with them I regret possibly needing to make this move should it come to pass. Good dealership, great salesman ( Tony), and excellent service dept.

Super customer service from Tony in the Service Dept.. CV axle problem analyzed and repaired with same day completion. Appointment given within a few days of call and excellent shuttle service to and from wherever you need to go. Auto picked-up in late afternoon following a complete car wash and interior vacuum and wipe down as a complimentary bonus to service department customers. Only the slightly pricey bill kept the experience under a max 5-Star rating. Highly recommended. - - Mike Murray (Long-term repeat customer)
I took my Forester in for a routine service, and was pleasently surprised to find that a transport service was available to take me where I needed to go and pick me up when my car was finished. I did not need to use it, having brought my book and remembering how pleasant your waiting area is. At the conclusion of the service, the manager notified me that they had found an oil leak which needed repairing. He also noted that I had an extended warranty which would cover the problem.
