I purchased my 2017 Subaru Forester from another dealer but I take it Proctor for service. Their service department is always a pleasure to deal with. They are professional and very personable.
The service for my 6 month maintenance was excellent. It was great to get the reminder in email, everyone was friendly, the service took the amount of time I was quoted, and once completed, the service manager took the time to talk with me about what had been checked and answered a few questions for me. On top of that, they washed the car! yay!
