We had a problem linking my iPhone to the Forrester sound system. Not only did they go above and beyond to solve the problem, but the found and repaired a faulty bearing. Nice, friendly people and great service!
5 star experience from sales to maintenance people. We were in Tallahassee to visit our son, but decided to check out a Subaru while we were here. We had seen ads about the safety of a Subaru. We have always had Hondas and Toyotas. I dread any visit to car shop. Proctor Subaru and Frank were an exception. Very friendly, professional and low pressure, thank goodness. We left without purchasing, but returned to buy our very first Subaru!

Such a great experience!! Extremely accommodating and the staff was beyond polite. I brought my dog, knowing they were pet friendly, but I didn’t realize HOW pet friendly! They gave her a bag of Subaru themed dog stuff, treats, and were so kind. Will definitely be back.
Had my 30,000 mile service at Proctor Subaru yesterday. Efficient excellent service. Car wash and vacuum an added extra. I really appreciate the computer in the waiting room and was able to get quite a bit of work done while waiting.Thanks for going the extra mile Proctor.
