My family came to Procter Subaru this weekend and had a rather negative experience. The sales person was not at all patient and was quite condescending. I have never owned a Subaru and I have never lived in the north where driving in snow is a necessity. I feel like we should be able to ask questions about how the car functions in snow. Two people in my family left a negative review on Google and they have managed to take it down already.
