I thought this Subaru dealership was better but after calling and being informed that they could service my Subaru Outback today, I showed up and learned that they charge $140 to check the code on a check engine light and would not be able to service my car until “sometime tomorrow”. I went to Advance Auto Parts and got the code checked for free instead. I was planning on test driving a new Subaru but my experience turned me off. Professionalism, Honesty and quick response for service appointment
Absolutely the most outstanding customer service I have ever dealt within their service department . It has always been like this for 6 years. I had my car repaired for a week , and Tony was great , professional , kept me in touch about my vehicle . He truly went above and beyond in many aspects . I highly recommend them .
everyone is so very friendly at Proctor. I had my Subaru Forrester serviced yesterday and it was done in a timely manner while I waited. The waiting area is always clean and there is always coffee and snacks for the customers

We purchased a new 2018 Forester from Proctor yesterday. Everyone we dealt with there from Betsy at the front desk and the salesman Hank Smith were so nice and thoughtful. They made our buying experience so easy and made to feel welcome from the first time I walked in the door. If anyone in the Tallahassee area is looking for a new car I highly recommend Proctor and ask for Hank!
