RecommendedAbsolutely the most outstanding customer service I have ever dealt within their service department . It has always been like this for 6 years. I had my car repaired for a week , and Tony was great , professional , kept me in touch about my vehicle . He truly went above and beyond in many aspects . I highly recommend them .
everyone is so very friendly at Proctor. I had my Subaru Forrester serviced yesterday and it was done in a timely manner while I waited. The waiting area is always clean and there is always coffee and snacks for the customers

We purchased a new 2018 Forester from Proctor yesterday. Everyone we dealt with there from Betsy at the front desk and the salesman Hank Smith were so nice and thoughtful. They made our buying experience so easy and made to feel welcome from the first time I walked in the door. If anyone in the Tallahassee area is looking for a new car I highly recommend Proctor and ask for Hank!

Travelling from central Florida to Pensacola, my Forester broke down in Madison. Thanks to AAA the car and I arrived in Tallahassee within the hour, where AJ welcomed me and arranged for a rental, so I would not miss my grandchild’s “meet the teacher” in Pensacola the next morning. Before I left, the problem was diagnosed and all my questions were answered.
