We had a/c problems which were covered under warranty. Technicians were very professional in both identifying the problem, ordering the defective coil and then installing it.
We had a hot water heater installed by Pipe Wrench about 3 weeks ago and were very satisfied with the work they did. Last week we had an issue with the water heater, called the office and they were very prompt to respond and fix the problem. We have used them several times and would highly recommend Pipe Wrench.

We had our main drain line for the house clog late in the evening. They were booked up that night for emergency service and called promptly the next morning. The plumber showed up the following morning and examined the piping (old cast iron with galvanized and PVC repairs and modifications). Had to have old copper pipes replaced under my house. Did a great job! They were very professional and pleasant. No leaks 4 days later.
