Shane ****** from Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Cooling put in a new 50 gallon hot water heater for me today, and I was very pleased with the work. Got here on time and cleaned up before he left. Heat & Air repair, including all costs, was thoroughly explained to me prior to my agreement to proceed. My technician, Jonathan, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Pricing was competitive. I was very happy with the service call, the issue was resolved, and action was taken to prevent further problems. I have never had a bad experience with PipeWrench and would highly recommend them.

Called PIPE WRENCH 1-29-21 about the kitchen faucet. Nathan came to my house 2-1-21, went over the job with me and gave me an estimate. Once they get the faucet, the work will begin. Thanks PIPE WRENCH and Nathan.
These guys did a great job for us, and on short notice too. I will definitely call them if I ever need a plumber again.

Our water heater went out Friday morning 15th January 2021. Lucky enough it was still under warranty. Justin was very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. For it being his 1st time fixing a water heater he did an excellent job and utilizing his resources to solve the problem. Thank you for coming out on a timely manner in the middle of winter do to our lack of hot water.
