Purchased a system from Pipe Wrench in April. We had a problem with the AC portion in September and they sent a technician to check the unit. They explained that it was a manufacturer defect with the condenser. Toni from their dispatcher center contacted me, explained the process for replacement, and scheduled a time for the new unit to be installed. The technicians were great explaining what was being done and had the new unit installed in less than 3 hours. Highly recommend Pipe Wrench.

We have used this company before, and once again we were very happy with the service. This time it was to repair a problem with a loose pipe and garbage disposal. The technician arrived promptly as promised, was completely COVID-compliant, explained everything very clearly, and did the work efficiently and in a timely manner.
