Excellent service with professional technicians. Both the estimator and installation techs were very efficient. I highly recommend Pipe wrench plumbing, heating and air to anyone. Price was good and service response Excellent.

Excellent service with no up selling. Technicians and Management we very professional and even tried to fix the issue over the phone with us before sending someone out. Once they had to come they completed the work very thoroughly and added a good warranty on top.

Dane did the HVAC Service Agreement maintenance and it was far and above what anyone else has done. he took his time, explained what he was doing and why and gave me some valuable tips of things I could be doing to help prolong the life of my HVAC system. He was very friendly and open. I have used Pipe Wrench Plumbing for some years now and will continue to use them in the future. I will also request that Dane be the service technician on any future visits. Well done.

We have called on them several times and it has always been a pleasant experience. This last time, we called them several times in the course of 2 weeks and they came out to help us ASAP. All of the technicians were friendly and professional. They were here once for an entire day re-piping the house and other than the necessary noise it was a normal day and we didn't feel intruded upon. They did not leave a big mess either. They were always careful to clean up after themselves.

I think their service is a rip off and way over priced. They sent a guy out to look at my toilet that needed to be taken up and the ring be replaced. He said it could cost over $700 depending on what all he had to do. He was in my house maybe 5 minutes and I still had to to pay the $59 fee for the quote. When I called to make the appointment I voiced my concern about having to pay the $59 if their price was outrageous, but it didn't matter.
