Had a small leak bathroom sink. Called Pipe Wrench this morning and talked to Patrica. She got the info on the leak and told me she would get in touch with the repair person. Got a call from Pipe Wrench at 10:30 and was told my repair person was on the way. At 10:45 Jonathan knocked on my door. He fixed the leak and ran the faucets for awhile to make sure the leak was repaired. He showed me where the leak was and showed me what he did to stop the leak. Thanks again everyone at Pipe Wrench.

I again got excellent service from Pipewrench having one of my air conditioning units replaced. Jonathon, Randy, and Dave were prompt and personable through getting an estimate and having the unit installed. It's good to have a company to rely on when you're having an emergency.

I called Pipe Wrench 5-12-2020 to have my cast iron pipes replaced. Everyone i talked to from Patrica to Jennifer to Matt to Bruce were very courteous, very knowledgeable and very professional people. The work will be done 5-15-2020.

From the initial phone call requesting service to the guys driving off in the truck, these were the most curtious and professional people I think I've ever dealt with! My plumbing problem was not your average dippy faucet or water heater replacement, but the water line from the meter into the house. Two visits out and did not fix the problem. No offer of refund even though they didn't fix the issue! Said we needed a replacement. Their quote to do that was over $200 more than a competitor. Different plumber cane and fixed the initial problem and did not need to do a replacement after all.
