On time arrival but the tech didn't have the right equipment to find our leak. We were not charged for a service call which was appreciated. I would use this company for other repair issues.

After an inspection from the initial service call it was determined I needed a new sewer line. The technicians that installed the line were very prompt, thorough, and professional. Answered my questions and had the new line installed in a few hours. When I dealt with the finance office, Jennifer was very friendly and helpful. On 10/16 a plumbing technician (Jonathan) arrive on time and, in a professional and efficient manner, removed my old hot water heater that had begun leaking and replaced it with a new one that has a 10-year guarantee. He used plastic runners to avoid damage to our basement rugs, and left the area as clean as when he arrived. He gave me a clear explanation of how to reset the temperature. The new tank has been functioning properly since he left. A good job and, with my Pipe Wrench membership, at a reasonable price.

Had a small drip in the bathtub faucet and needed the washer faucets loosened. The repairman took photos on his I-pad and went out to his truck. He came in and proposed replacing the entire faucet. I said that I just want a simple gasket replaced to stop the leak. He said that the gaskets are very tiny and the hardware is often broken when trying to replace and that would be $300 if that happens. I was not paying $300 for a small drip. The repairman has a vested interest in breaking whatever in his work.

Thomas ********* was first to my home he is very friendly. My hot water heater went up. He was courteous inside my home I wish he could have done the whole job in my home. Blake was second to my home seems to know his job replaced my water heater with a tankless one. But Blake isn't people friendly like ******. We called this company in the morning and same day took care of my tank leaking. Cost was high see how the tankless water heater works out.

I am a long distance landlord and have depended on Pipe Wrench Plumbing to help me with plumbing issues at my property over the years. This is an old home and some of these plumbing problems have been complicated. Over all, I give Pipe Wrench high marks. Additionally, I feel Pipe Wrench has been receptive to my requests and even criticisms and have tried to make things right with me. Highest recommendation! Had our water line from meter to house and outdoor faucets replaced 2 years ago by Pipewrench. I called this week after 2 high water bills and after detection they found 1 faucet had developed a leak. Pipewrench honored their written warranty and replaced the faucet at no charge to me. Professional and reputable. They will have business always.
