We tried to get a quote for our 75-gal gas water heater replacement, however, the person who came down kept recommending an electric heater accusing that 75-gal gas heaters have stopped manufacturing for the past 5 years - He did not tell us the truth, as I can still order plenty from Amazon, Home Depot or any other vendors. After the visit, I received just a quote dollar figure of $4800 for an electric heater installed. The quote for $4,800 was not for an electric water heater; rather, it was for a whole-whole gas tankless water heater system. The price quoted for electric tank style water heater was $1,760. Contacted Pipe Wrench Plumbing on Friday morning based upon a family referral. Spoke to Patricia on the phone, very professional, scheduled a meeting with Michael ****** to evaluate my hot water heater problem. Michael very easy to talk to. We agreed on a reasonably priced replacement and scheduled the work. Michael drained the tank and disconnected the the old water heater. Hot water heater had a hole and was leaking , called Pipe Wrench and they sowed up within an hour to provide a quote, and replaced within 2 hours. Great job and will use them for future plumbing work.

Absolutely the worst....gave me an estimate of $1645 to fix a leak in pvc piping. Im a senior citizen, smart, and do not tolerate scams and businesses that take advantage of people. I demanded that the technicians leave my property. I was furious that they tried to convince me that that was an appropriate estimate. I had another local plumber do a great job for $345. I don't have anything good to say about this company. If you're a senior citizen, ask a lot of questions and hold on to your money.

I have used Pipe Wrench for everything from a simple sink drip to repairing an outside leak. In every instance, I felt that the price was fair. The service has always been excellent. The office staff is friendly and efficient. The service people arrive on time, they are extremely courteous, they leave everything as clean (or cleaner!) than they found it, and they don't leave until the job is done.
