I had Pipe Wrench Plumbing replace my residential water service line using a trenchless installation. From my initial call to get a quote, until the job was completed, everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. I am very pleased with the work completed. I can hardly tell where the work was done in my lawn. Great job!

Terry was professional and an expert. He was so fast. I took 2 star from the company not from Terry because of the cost. They charged us almost $800 and did not take our calls seriously. My husband called them several times to talk about the cost. But nobody really responded. When we told friends, they agreed that they charged us a lot. They also asked to charge us an extra $75 to come and evaluate their initial estimation. Overall while Terry was professional but the cost was a lot.

Someone was at my home within an hour to start the process of replacing a water heater. Satisfied with the people that did the work, the work itself and the product. Probably could have saved money with multiple quotes and taking more time but I'm completely satisfied at this time with my choice. It was worth it to have the water heater replaced immediately. I did have other companies that stated they would try to work me in this week (it was Wednesday morning when I called).

They handled a difficult situation gracefully....old galvanized pipe and fittings fixed and updated in a very, very tight location. Nice!
