We were very pleased with Pipe Wrench. From the telephone customer service reps to the plumbing technician who responded, all staff has been very professional, thorough & friendly. The technician, Jimmy, was very careful to cover his shoes before entering our home. He explained everything thoroughly, was patient and allowed us to ask questions. We would definitely use PW again, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends.

Prompt, professional, pleasant from the minute we called to the minute they completed installing our new hot water heater. They came out the same day we called gave us a quote made a temporary fix. They were back 8am next day and finished with no mess left behind by 9:30.
Very pleasant experience with a very unpleasant mess.

I called Pipe Wrench and was greeted by a friendly woman who when I told her that we needed service that day, said that someone from dispatching would call me before long and I was almost shocked when they called in less than what felt like 5 or 10 minutes. They then said that "Jeff" would be out at a specific time, which was not very long at all. Great job servicing our heat pump unit and basement plumbing inspection. All 3 techs were excellent. Very prompt, courteous, friendly and communicative. Pipe Wrench has come to handle our plumbing issues and regular maintenance several times and we have been quite satisfied with their level of service integrity. We've had two different techs this year. They have been great. Pipe wrench has very knowledgeable people. They saved us from getting a new hot water heater last year. It only needed a wire. They employ very upstanding, honest people of what we have seen!

Pipe Wrench installed a new heat air system for us. They were able to do the work within a few days of our decision to purchase. They covered all areas inside the house where they needed to work so there was no mess. The new system has worked great during the recent heat wave. We have used this company for years for plumbing needs and always been happy with their work. It appears their heat and air work is just as good as their plumbing work!
