Mr. Cooper arrived more than an hour earlier than I had previously been led to anticipate, so I was not ready when he got here. Upon arriving, he demonstrated excellent courtesy, knowledge of what was needed, and the ability to perform the needed service. He had the tools and parts needed to do the repairs. He was also gracious about giving me time to remove the items that I had intended to move so that he could have access to the repair sites. I've been a pipewrench customer for about 9 years in two different houses, and I have never had a bad experience. The schedulers are prompt and send pictures of the technician prior to the visit. Estimators are knowledgeable and spend time troubleshooting with me. The technicians always do great work and show up on time. Great business.

I am so glad I called Pipe Wrench when I had plumbing problems. Turned into a big ordeal, no fault of Pipe Wrench and they fixed my problems. They were at our house several days in a row, even coming on Saturday (Todd D. and Josh W.) to "jet it out" once the work was done.
