Called to ask if a repairman could come early, which was great. Repairman introduced himself, we discussed problem and I received as estimate of what it would cost for the job to be done. He was thorough, explained what he found and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and professional. ( Charles H.) if problems arise in the future or yearly maintenance is due I will call pipe wrench for service.

This company has excellent customer service from the initial phone call to reminders and updates on when to expect the service technician. Charles H. who came to fix my AC was polite, informative and addressed the issue quickly and efficiently. While I only rent and my landlord was ultimately responsible, he was informed of the issue and has used the company before.
Josh was a very friendly young man. He put slippers on his shoes before he entered my home. He answered my call in a timely manner and fixed my clogged toilet very fast. He did not leave a mess and gave me some good advice on how to prevent future clogs. He sold me some liquid to put in the drains. I would say that he is a A-one employee.
Mike Cooper was my tech. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and friendly. He knew his work, and made valuable suggestions to help me achieve my goals. In short, I will be using Pipe Wrench Plumbing again, and I will be requesting Mike!
